a very good question, to which i have no answer. i’ve thought the same thing.
in korea, people keep nice clay pots on their roofs for storing kimchi and other preserved vegetables. since this is a different country, there must be a totally different answer. i guess the answer is “C) Feces recepticles” just bcoz the containers are so ugly.
